TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Booking Condition
For Flight Ticket Booking we require the full Ticket Amount then we Process the Flight Ticket & if any price changes, then it will payable to the Customer only
· For Land Package Booking an initial deposit of Rs. 10,000 or 40% per person is required to initiate a booking if the Travel Date is more than 30 Days from the Date of Booking.
· An initial deposit of Rs. 20,000 or 60% per person is required to initiate a booking if the Travel Date is less than 30 Days from the Date of Booking.
· Photocopies of the Aadhar Card (Front & Back) For Domestic Tours & Photocopies of the Passport (Front & Back) if International Tour Package Booking
Service Voucher Handover
· KT DMC Travels will Process the Entire booking as like Airline (If Any), Hotel Booking, Visa (If Any), Tour & Transfer
· KT DMC Travels Handover all the required Travel Service Vouchers after Clear All the Payment
· If Any Dues by the Customer, then Company has right to stop the service at any time of running the service
Airline Policy
· Once Flight Ticket is Booked by KT DMC Travels then if any changes then it will be chargeable as per Airline Terms & Payable by the customer only
· If the Flight Ticket is Cancelled by the Airline, then it is non-refundable, or any chance of refund then it will be as per the actual refund by the Airline & Company will not be responsible for any loss
· If the Guest is No Show at the time of check-in at the Airport, then it will be Non-Refundable
Cruise Policy
· Once Cruise Booking is Processed by the company then it will be Non-Refundable.
· If the Guest is no Show at the time of check-in on the cruise it will be Non-Refundable.
Visa Policy
KT DMC Travels will process visa applications for the Individual/Group and will require the specified list of supporting documents for the same as per embassy regulations. However, Embassy reserves the right to grant the visa as KT DMC Travels will only act as a facilitator/Travel Agent only & Not Responsible for Any Approval/Rejection of the visa
·If Visa will be processed then the Visa amount is non-refundable.
Hotel Terms & Conditions
· Once Hotel Booking is Confirmed by KT DMC Travels then it's non-refundable
· Standard check-in time is 14.00 hrs. (2 pm) & check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (12 pm) respectively unless specified otherwise. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability in the hotel. Request for guaranteed early check-in requires a room to be reserved from the night prior to the guest’s arrival which will be charged accordingly over and above the agreed rates.
· Breakfast served in the hotel would be on the international menu clubbed with some Indian dishes. (Breakfast Timing from 7 am-10 am)
· Final day-wise itinerary can only be modified by KT DMC Travels Private Limited to accommodate all cost inclusions and commitments by KT DMC Travels Private Limited in the best possible way.
· It is advisable to carry at least USD 500 (or any applicable equivalent currency) per person for personal usage during the International Package depending on the cost inclusions. Immigration authorities might demand to show a minimum of USD 500 at the time of immigration from Indian nationals.
· Price quoted by KT DMC Travels Private Limited is based on the current rate of exchange and reserves the right to amend these prices in case of any currency fluctuations and changes in various rates of exchange.
Child Policy
· If Customer has 2 children during booking, then 1 child will be in bed & 1 without bed (sharing bed with Parents) no matter what is the age of both child
· Child aged below 5 years is free of cost for Domestic Tour Package Only
· Above 2 Year Child chargeable for International Tour Package
· If the Child age is between 2-7 Years the child will be without a bed & a child above 7 Year then will be in bed
Payment Policy
· Full payment is required before 10 Days of the Travel Start Date for confirmation of all services
